What can I expect from Santa’s Circus?

Santa and Mrs. Claus have searched the world from the North Pole to the South Pole to find the most amazing performers and circus acts. They have carefully selected thrilling, fascinating, and breathtaking acts that will leave patrons on the edge of their seats. The magic of Christmas will come alive at Santa’s Circus with an interactive show including everything that you love about Christmas.

Where is the experience located?

The event will take place at The Montalban Theater in Los Angeles located at 1615 Vine St, Hollywood, CA 90028

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience is indoor.

How long does the experience last?

The show is 1 hr 45 mins in duration inclusive of a brief intermission between acts.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes - it is entertaining for all but there is not an American Sign Language interpreter attached to the show.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Ushers will be available to provide accessibility and seat selections for visually impaired guests.

Will there be strobe lights?

There are no strobe lights within the experience.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

A bar including specially themed cocktails will be available for guests. Non-alcoholic refreshments are also available.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, however no flash photography is allowed.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This event is in a theater, therefore each customer will have their own seat assigned.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

The Santa Circus is open to all ages and audiences!

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes before showtime.

What happens if I arrive late?

Late arrivals will be admitted however early arrival is recommended so you can experience the entirety of the show.

Can I bring a stroller? Is there stroller parking available?

Yes, the theater can accept strollers at the main entrance. The theater will store the stroller during the performance. You will receive a claim ticket to claim your stroller upon at the theater entrance during their departure process.

Can I bring animals?

Yes, service dogs are allowed on a case by case basis. Please inquire with customer service for specific performances and needs.

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Yes, The Montalban Theater is ADA compliant.

Is there parking available? Do I need to pay for parking?

Yes there is parking available at The Montalban Theater.

What if adverse weather or similar emergencies prevent me from attending?

Tickets are generally nonrefundable, but in the event of an emergency, please contact us so we can discuss what options might be available to you.

Is there a bag policy?

Regular sized bags and purses are welcome. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Any bags left unattended inside the experience will be removed by management.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Flash photography, outside alcohol and anything which may disturb the other patrons. No guns allowed.

Are wheelchairs available to rent?

Wheelchairs are not available for rent at The Montalban Theater.

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Santa’s Circus can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a Group Booking?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
